At Blonde, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
